Wednesday.

My favorite day of the week hands down.
Natalie came over around 1.
I spend way too long in the shower.
We walked downtown in the bitter cold.
We both had banking issues to deal with.
I made her some potatoes and started drinking when we got home.
I called everybody on my phone list and invited them over.
I've always been nervous about inviting people over.
I have this irrational fear they won't come and I'll be by myself.
Maybe because it happened more than once in high school.
The following people made an appearance.
Julia, Emily, Mike D, Derrick, Meghan, Adrian, Alex, Craig, Ed, Ryan, Jenna, and Justin.
Julia made.. scanope.. dkfjkdjfdfkdj something, which was delicious.
Emily made cream cheese rolls which was also fabulous.
Adrian brang over sugar waffers which was hilarious.
I, ofcourse, made potatoes with too many spices.
I drank way too fast and ended passed out on my floor on Adrian by 10.
Sad really.
I need to get my shit together.
Anyways, I regained consciousness and we all headed down to Bearlys.
Alfred, Stephen, Ann, Katie, Jen, and Nathan showed up eventually too.
It was a pretty big crowd this time around.
Lets see if I can remember what was sang.
Meghan did Blitzkrieg Bop and Hair of the Dog.
Nathan sang David Bowie and Love Shack with Jen.
Mike D and Nathan did Nights on Broadway.
Alfred sang Come and Feel the Noise (?).
Stephen sang some Kinks, and Rave On with Julia.
Julia and Jenn both did Get Into the Groove.
Adrian sang I Want to be Sedated, and Hot for Teacher.
Thats all I can muster.
I danced a lot and sobered a bit.
Stephen gave us a drive home and that ends that.
The next morning I called Julia to see if she wanted to poster.
Rob from the Rock Gardens lent me his stapler.
I think thats the first time in my life I wrote 'lent' instead of 'borrowed'.
Ed and Mitch came along and we postered for hours.
Stopped by the One World for a bit too.
We went to Economy Shoe Shop for lunch.
A waiter there gave me 5$ for my benefit.
Everybody was feeling fruity and in the need to buy fruit.
We stopped by Pete's, the piano man played Copacabana for me.
Tobias took some posters too and made little hand out flyers too.
The Mark Black speaking engagement was a riot.
He had some good points about those mentally handicapped actors.
When it finished up we decided to stick around for a game of scrabble.
A bunch of Korean kids showed up for kareoke.
It was brilliant, couldn't of been anymore awesome.
When it was time to take off for Gus's I decided I wanted to hit up the kareoke too.
I sang Like A Virgin and Dan, Julia, and Ed danced for me.
I have a feeling DMC has some pictures of this embarassing adventure.
The show at Gus's was a good time.
I want to be friends with dude.
But he doesn't seem to want to be friends with me.
Oh well, I'll keep trying.
I like his brain, it'd be terrible to lose excess to it.
Meghan was hilarious as usual.
Shes all kinds of awesome to hang out with.
Nathan showed up in the middle of the Gilbert Switzer set, so did Cory.
Gilbert Switzer was a good time.
Art fag girl was annoying and made an ass out of herself.
Or maybe I missed the point.
Some sort of performance piece perhaps?
Or I'm a bitch.
Those explanations all work for me on some level.
The Million Dollar Rock Band are not for me.
Maybe I was in a bad mood but I didn't appreciate their set one bit.
Nathan and Ed came home with me.
We made eggs and Nathan and I talked about lack of sex.
Having guys as friends is fucking awful.
But totally worth it.
This afternoon Emily and Adrian joined me for lunch at Spartan's.
It was delicious and I got some apple pie.
Anika's desease is long term.
They figured out everything that has to do with it.
Most of the cases of this end up with either kidney transplants or dialysis.
Shes going to be on a medication they give cancer patients for next 10 -15 years.
ALSO.
My mother has no medicare.
Merry fucking Christmas.

No one is that bad babycakes.

You are totally right Stephen. Wednesday and Monday have been some of the best days I've had in a while. Especially since I got to see my family on both, and so many of my supportive friends.

I don't what I'd do without you guys.

Just some girl who was waaaay too drunk, and prettier than me.

Sooo.. you know based on those 2 facts, shes an asshole.

She was always wearing terrible shoes, but now I'm just being picky. I don't think I have much to say on the shoe subject anyways.
