When you're diplomatically friends with a lot of musicians you have to listen to a lot of bullshit.
Who cares about any of it?
Listenning to people bitch about bands they've never even heard is the most obnoxious things ever.
It pretty much makes me dislike a band that I have previously enjoyed.
How can you be so fucking negative when everybody's just trying to play music.
Trying to do the kind of thing they enjoy.
You might not enjoy it, but why try to destroy it with hateful words?
It doesn't make you cool, it makes you a cunt.
I never want to hang out in another band room ever again.

i've had conversations concerning this very subject with several different people throughout my show-attending existence.
seems a lot of people (including myself) agree with your sentiment.
